Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal skincare
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos or videos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped
